Shipping & Returns
When will my order be shipped?
All orders will ship within 72hrs on business days. If an order is placed Friday, it will ship the following Monday. Shipments leave from Tennessee and transit time will vary based on your distance from our facility. At this time, all shipments will be shipped via ground shipping. We are not able to expedite shipping.
How do I track my order?
We’ll email you a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped (if you provided an email address with your order). If you have any questions about the status of your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What if my package didn’t arrive?
Please email us at email@example.com we’ll do our best to work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but please note that we are not responsible for any errors in the order or the address provided which may result in the carrier company not being able to deliver the order.
What do I do if I want to cancel or modify my order?
We try to ship orders as quickly as possible, which means we might not catch your order in time to adjust or cancel it. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Damages & Refunds
What do I do if my shipment arrives damaged?
Please email us at email@example.com with a photo of the damage, showing the cans are unusable, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
What do I do if I want a refund?
If your order has not shipped and you would like to cancel your order for a refund, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. If it has shipped we will be unable to issue a refund.
